Today's Lunch: Vege Stir Fry

Vegetable Stir Fry Served over Brown Rice

Serves 3-6

1 zucchini (coined and quartered)

1/2 large onion

2 ears of corn

1 chopped carrot

1 inch grated ginger

1 large garlic clove 

2 splashes of soy sauce

1 good pour of honey

Finalized Fever Fix
